154 - Adventure
NAR has ended. But it's not quite as simple as that. This is going to be a not-very-short explanation and will probably be quite boring, so don't read it if you don't want to.
My reasons for ending NAR are as follows: (a) I don't have enough time to do it since I've gone to college (that's Australian college, not American); (b) I've run pretty much out of ideas and have less time to chat with my friends - and of course it's my friends who I get most of the NAR ideas from; (c) I always wanted to write a semicolon-divided list.
Now, if I wanted to really end NAR, I'd have had the ninjas kill Peter and Sam, or Meep take well and truly over the world, or the Carrot eat the other gods in a fit of madness... oh. Er... anyway, I like Peter and Samantha and their world too much to do that, so I will still be continuing NAR. However, I won't be decieving the 3 or so of you who read NAR by having a schedule I then ignore, and I won't be forcing myself to follow one, which turns drawing NAR into a chore instead of a fun pastime. This means that I will upload comics whenever I feel like, and they'll be large, pretty, well-written and well-drawn. Also, I may use the site to upload anything else I draw, not necessarily NAR-related.
All that remains now is to thank all of NAR's readers, however few there may be of you, for making the last year (exactly!) a complete joy. Most of you are my friends and you know I love you, those that I don't know, I'm sure you'd be great friends, too. And a very happy 1st birthday, NAR!
